Goodbye Pizza Truck

To Our Big Bon Pizza Family,

8 Years, 800 events, 35,000 miles.

The Big Bon Pizza trailer has catered weddings, birthdays, graduations, anniversaries, and so many memorable celebrations with your families.

My daughter Anna and I started this pizza journey in July 2016 with the intention of connecting our community with a fun and unique culinary experience. With a two-ton wood-fired pizza oven in tow, we have visited hundreds of homes and venues, and served thousands of wood fired pizzas. Even more importantly, we have connected hearts, fed souls, and made beautiful memories together.

But after eight adventurous years of service here in Savannah and beyond, we have decided to close the pizza trailer service.

We never would have imagined the tremendous fan base our pizza truck garnered. What started as a family passion project evolved into a beloved brand and local event staple. We got to meet so many wonderful people and serve them pizzas from our heart. This was a true gift of community which we still strive for today at our brick and mortar.

We will honor our booked client schedule for the remainder of 2024, but will no longer accept any new bookings. There are several other local wood-fired pizza caterers to choose from. We would love for you to support these two new food trucks:

  1. Kellers Wood Fired Pizza Truck, Richmond Hill, GA

  2. The Southern Peel - Bluffton, SC

We are infinitely grateful for everyone's continued support of Big Bon Bodega, our local community eatery, and we hope to see your smiles as we fulfill our larger vision of expansion to additional cities in Georgia. The embers of our pizza oven have begun to cool, but the fire in our hearts burns strong.

We love and thank you,

Kay and your Big Bon Family
